Customer Liaison and Service System

In today's competitive market most home builders view after sales service as the single most important aspect in the successful operation of their business.

The CLASS After Sales Service system is a Microsoft Windows based software package developed specifically for home builders. With input from builders, it was designed to effectively address the day-to-day service needs of the new home construction business. CLASS is an easy to use, effective system that controls and tracks service requests, work orders, and trade performance.

Features

  • Complete tracking of service requests reported through customer phone calls, letters, and pre-delivery inspection reports

  • Automatic assignment of work orders to the appropriate contractors for immediate servicing

  • Integrated fax capabilities allow work orders to be faxed right from your computer directly to the contractor

  • Group mailing feature allows personalized form letters to be issued to selected homeowners or across entire subdivisions

  • Extensive reporting capabilities will keep you informed of all service activities, ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely fashion

The following is a list of the features that have been added to our C.L.A.S.S. Software since the beginning of 1998.
